TabibiQ is a booking tool. It helps you arrange to see a doctor; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app is a substitute for speaking to a qualified doctor.

In an emergency, contact emergency services or go to a hospital. Do not use this app.

Your account belongs to your phone number. Keep control of that number and the device it is on, because anyone who can receive your codes can sign in as you. If a clinic has set a password on your staff account, the same goes for the password: keep it private, and ask the clinic owner to reset it if you think someone else knows it.

A clinic account is opened by registering the clinic in the TabibiQ Clinic app; the clinic is reviewed before patients can see it. Staff accounts are added or invited by a clinic, not by signing up. If you no longer work at a clinic, that clinic can remove your access, and you can leave it yourself from Settings.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. The privacy policy explains what is removed and what a clinic keeps.

Do not use someone else’s account, and do not share yours.

Clinics are independent. They set their own fees, hours, and services, and they are responsible for the care they give and for the accuracy of what they publish in the app.

A booking is a request to be seen. It is not a contract of treatment, and a clinic may need to change or cancel it.

Clinics are responsible for the patient records they enter, and for handling them in line with their obligations as medical providers.

We work to keep the service running and the records accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption.

We are not responsible for the medical care a clinic provides, for a clinic’s fees, or for a missed appointment.

Do not attempt to reach records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or use it to send unwanted messages. We may suspend an account that does.
